TJs intimate local knowledge got us into a stelar set of listings, some the day that they were coming on the market. He always emphasized finding the spot that met my needs, and was super helpful as I figured that out as a first time home buyer. I never felt pressured to buy or felt any undue urgency. This has been a painless process and TJ is great at his job, I would and will recommend him to anyone buying in the area.

I've known TJ for many years, first starting with us working together on a rental unit in Hoboken followed up by our first purchase recently in Hoboken as well. Couldn't recommend TJ more (and we have to several other friends looking to purchase.) TJ was able to help pull together seamlessly our team that was needed for the purchase (attorney, inspections, etc.) as well as help us navigate the purchase process as a first time buyers. In addition, Tj's persistence was greatly appreciated in communicating with (at times) a less than responsive sellers agent . Our unit was on a first come, first serve basis and TJ helped us draft and submit our offer on Saturday, New Years Eve, beating out several other prospective buyers by a couple days and helping us secure our unit. We don't anticipate being back in the real estate market anytime soon but we'll be giving TJ a call when that time comes!
