While that property did not meet my needs, we soon found the house I now call home and the rest is history! Tim is well-established in the community and knows his market intimately. I loved the time I got to spend with Tim because he had an answer for pretty much any question I had. When it came time to submit an offer, Tim's counsel proved invaluable. I followed his lead and when all was said and done, I got my home below it's appraised value. I purposely waited several months to post this review, not because I didn't trust Tim, but rather because I needed to get to know my community and the market better before being able to offer a meaningful review. What I have learned in this time is that Tim's name is very well-known throughout Filmore County. His signs can be spotted pretty much everywhere and when people ask me who I worked with while purchasing my home, everyone's reaction has been favorable when I say the name Tim Danielson. He helped establish a "stepped up" basis upon my dad's passing in 2021 and we were finally able to list the home this year. Tim works with a trusted home inspector, so we did a pre-listing inspection to allay any possible concerns of potential buyers. Tim also provided a handyman to repair some minor wind damage to the front storm door shortly after the home was listed. Tim stayed right on top of things relative to several offers we received which did not work out. Ultimately, Tim secured an excellent offer and we were able to close the sale two weeks later. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, I would recommend Tim highly as a knowledgeable professional who will provide you with great service.

This was the first house we had ever sold, so this part was all new to us. He was upfront and honest with us the whole way. Hes professional and works hard to get his clients the best possible outcome. Tim almost immediately replied to me when I emailed him that I had some interest in listing my home. There were other times that he was emailing or texting me regarding my sale when it was evening hours or many times on the weekends. He offered to be there at the house to let people in for me so I would not have to leave work if someone was coming to do a repair or check something out. Tim is good at giving suggestions as to what you should do with your home to get it ready to sell, such as rearranging furniture, doing extra cleaning in certain areas, etc. And he makes sure to do this in a way that is not offensive! Many homes in my neighborhood, as well as others in our town have been listed and sold by Tim in a very timely manner! I would not hesitate at all to recommend Tim to anybody, wanting to buy or sell!

The Rochester housing market is pretty brutal; you want to have a realtor who knows the area and is responsive, because these homes sell within a few days of hitting the market, if not same day. They were familiar with all the surrounding towns as well. We were not easy clients, because we couldnt decide on what we wanted in a home. We changed our requirements at least a dozen times. They always found us homes to view that were tailored to our specifics. Both Tim and Jenn showed us homes, and they were able to pick out flaws or cheaper build quality that we would have overlooked. It was clear they wanted us to be 100% satisfied with our decision instead of just wanting a sale. We place a high value professionalism and integrity, and that was a real standout quality amount local realtors.
