He is very knowledgeable of of the real estate industry and was very responsive to our needs and concerns. Review We cannot say enough about how great Tim was for us!!!We had lost our home in the July 2016 tornado & had a lot of decisions to make. The plan was retirement & put the house up for sale in the Spring of 2017 - so now what? We contacted Tim about the options of rebuild & sale or sale of just the lot.Tim met with us & asked all the right questions - especially - where do we want to be in a few years or what are the plans for the remaining years being we were talking retirement. What would we feel would be the "Best" for us? As we went through the "Pros & Cons" Tim was so patient. Once the decision was made Tim went beyond what you would expect from a realtor - He was so there for us all the way through!! Thank you Tim for everything you did & for all your support!!!Alan & Diane

Review Tim was amazing. We had more than a few bumps in the road during our home-buying process, but though it all Tim remained steadfast in getting us the best possible outcome. His honesty instilled confidence from day one. His knowledge of the local area and trends is invaluable and through. Tim looked out for our best interests, even when it was advice or facts that we would have rather not heard.Tim is a great foundation to have in your home buying team. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any real estate transactions. Thank you for working so hard, so that we can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our back deck and living room!S & C

Review We started out just wanting to look at a few houses to what was out there, but found one we really liked the first day. We told Tim that we wanted to aggressively pursue the purchase of that house before someone else beat us to it. He helped us get an offer in right away and handled our short negotiation with the owners and we had a purchase agreement done within a week of seeing the property. He then helped to orchestrate everything that had to be done to get us signing the papers in 30 days. He did a wonderful job for us and made us feel very important.

Review Tim helped up look for our dream place. He did a showing on a Sunday morning and we had our offer submitted by Sunday night! Monday morning we were working on our purchase agreement. He was so helpful with making sure our loan was going correctly and everything was ready for closing!

Review TIm made the whole 1st time home buyer experience very easy and very informative during the whole process. Always got back to me with in the hour if he couldn't answer the phone and always kept me in the loop via email. When it came to closing on the house Tim was there every step of the way and keeping me informed to the very end. Tim was also very upfront and honest about the houses we were looking at and gave us guidance in our decision of buying our home using the details we gave him in the beginning of the process of searching for our 1st home.

Review I called to see if I could look at a home and was told I would need to drive to litchfield to meet him and I drove from Willmar mn there was road construction once I arrived to tins office hE was not there I talked to some one named al and we spoke for awhile he told me that Tim was on his way well I waited there two hours when finally Tim showed up and then he was busy on the phone or assisted two other people that showed up in his office as they had some work for him anyhow I was told he would not be able to show me the place that day and that we could see it the following Tuesday at 3 pm I showed up to the house and waited fifteen minutes before I called tim and he then made excuses about not being there and said he would call me back on Wednesday or Thursday to set up a time to look at the house well I called Thursday as he did not show on Tuesday nor call on Wednesday I call early Thursday morning and he told me he would call me back that he was in a meeting well I waited and he did not call me back until 2 pm which I was frustrated already with him he stated he could not get me into see the house until Friday as Thursday they had too many showings so I scheduled to see the house at 9 am Friday morning well needless to say after I got off the phone I called the realtor that listed the home and was able to set up a viewing of the house that Thursday at 5 pm and did so the. After that I texted Tim and told him I no longer wish to do business with him and expressed to him that his service was poor and he should show up or at least tell the person the truth in regards to showing a place I had asked the realtor that evening if there were other showings this day and they stated there was only me and one in the morning that Friday and I then told them that was me that was scheduled to see the house so I would never recommend Tim to sell nor show me another home I could not trust someone that lies and does not treat me as a customer I thought this process of purchasing your first home was suppose to be a good experience mine turned out to be the most stressful and disappointing experience I have ever gone through once I got the right agent and the right bank my experience improved and I am currently a proud home owner now

Review Very knowledgeable with the market in our area and surrounding areas too. Tim utilizes all the tools in the modern Realtor's tool belt to come up with great recommendations. He also stays in touch with the local communities proactively and in a positive way. This combination makes him a great resource to work with! Due to my situation at the time (it was not for lack of suitable candidates), we did not close on a property, so I could only give 4 out of 5 stars on Process and Negotiation. But I would definitely recommend Tim to a friend/family.
