In his initial contact he provided a document, 27 tips you should know to get your home sold fast and for top dollar, which I found useful. I chose Mr. Cantrell because of his experience and knowledge in the area where my house was located. Also he is a full-time realtor, which is an advantage. He is with Sandy&Messer Associates, which has extensive experience in the area where my property was located. One caution is that Sandy&Messer Associates charged a fee of $200, in addition to the 6 percent commission, which I was not aware of until I saw the closing documents. I recommend determining if there are any additional fees before signing a listing agreement with a real estate firm..

First, we called three other agents - two never called us back at all; the third was very negative and discouraging. I found Tim's website and called him and left a voicemail. He called back immediately. He had a positive, helpful attitude -- no negativity whatsoever -- in fact he was very encouraging. He was quick to respond to emails, calls, and texts.
