As a young female first time homebuyer Michelle was absolutely amazing! She patiently walked me through the entire process nice and slow and called and explained anything I didnt understand and didnt mind the million questions I asked! She was also very loyal and her character and commitment always came before business, she felt more like family than my realtor some days! She wasnt afraid to be honest and tell me if a house wasnt worth it to protect me instead of trying to convince me to buy a house I would regret just to make money! She is wonderful and very competent! I loved searching for my dream home with Michelle! I'm so glad I got home but I honestly miss going to look at houses with Michelle ! The searching process was amazing, but her real skills and expertise shined in the closing process she knew all the deadlines and made sure I knew when everything needed to be submitted or complete and sent helpful reminders. Tim is the best realtor out there! We just bought a house in this crazy market and to say we were nervous is an understatement.
