ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Tim was great. He helped get my brother comfortable with the idea of selling his home and. Living into senior housing. Tim was very patient and understanding of the process involved in such a major life transition. He was also very helpful in connecting us with all the local services we needed to get the house ready. He worked both hard and smart, selling the house faster than I expected.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim and Gigi are a great team. As a first time home buyer, they not only helped us find a beautiful home, they taught us about things to look for in homes. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and when it came to the formal buying process and negotiating. Tim gives honest and fair recommendations on what to place offers at, and is in your corner as a buyer 100%. Both Gigi and Tim were also extremely available for showings, and would be up after well work hours working on our offer, or finding us homes to look at. They are also well respected in the Realtor community in the area, and should be HIGH on your list when considering buying or selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at a few homes with Tim, and by the second one we saw, Tim knew exactly what our standards and specifications were. Tim does exceptionally well at getting to know his clients, and communicating. He helped us understand the "randomocities" and inevitability's associated with buying our home. His patience is also unmatched to anyone we've ever encountered. He is a virtuous realtor whose loyalty and commitment cannot be fully understood until you've had the pleasure of working with him. Thank you Tim. You are a phenomenal person and a genuine realtor. You and Ms. Gigi cannot be thanked enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time buyer with little to no knowledge about the home buying process and the area I was purchasing in. Without the assistance and guidance of Tim I know I would not have been able to close on my house of interest. He was highly available, understood the negotiating process, was excellent at meeting the requirements of my loan, and was patient with me as a new buyer. I highly recommend Tim Wimmer to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Wausau metropolitan area.

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed working with Tim. He gave great down to earth advice as well as remained cool and collected while negotiating for us. We moved from out of state and we selected a few homes online and he had some great options to add to our list according to our wishlist. He knew the background on a lot of areas and gave us options that would be best for our family. He was prompt with contacting us and always kept us in the loop. We can't recommend a better agent and we feel very luck to have worked with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim is an excellent agent and a great guy! We were fortunate to meet him when we called to see one of his listings. We didn't end up buying that particular house, but Tim was very helpful and thorough, and he asked in depth about us and what we were looking for. A few days after we saw that house, we called him with another agent's listings that we were interested in seeing, and continued to call him with listings for a couple weeks. He was very patient and showed us every house, bringing with him information about the listing and answering all of our questions. We finally found our house after a showing one evening, and we wanted to move forward immediately so it didn't sell before we could get our offer in. Tim got things rolling right away, and we worked over the phone until midnight that night submitting our offer. It was accepted shortly after! Unfortunately, the process after that got complicated with the lender we chose, and we were told that the appraisal would not get done in time. We were essentially in danger of losing the house at this point and incredibly stressed. Tim got involved immediately and helped us find another lender who was able to accommodate us help us close on time. We absolutely couldn't have navigated the home buying process without him, and we're so happy to have our home thanks to his hard work! Thanks again, Tim!
