I found Tim on top selling realtors of Arizona. I spoke to four other realtors before we hired him and we had a different realtor prior to him that was not performing. His expertise and standard of excellence stood out the moment we first spoke. Our house was already on the market six months and immediately he took control, advised us what we needed to do. Our house sold in a couple weeks. He's is a real pro beginning to end. He acts immediately. He makes you feel like you're his only client. We were out of state, so many issues surfaced that he took care of for us. After our inspection report there were a few items that needed different contractors to fix. The contractors he uses all have tremendous respect for him and one even did not charge us after climbing the roof and fixing cement tiles because he said he would do this for Tim's client, so he has a group of professional people you can trust and count on. I learned a lot about the difference in hiring an average realtor and a top performing realtor from Tim. He definitely set the bar high on our level of expectations for any future realtors we hire out of that area. We will recommend Tim to anyone and everyone that needs a realtor.
