The latest property was a Medicaid "spend-down" process along with our elder care attorney, and that specific team together absolutely navigated a tense situation and process to fruitation. Not that I would ever hope for anyone to be in our particular situation, but if you DO find yourself in a situation where your parents or grandparents had never taken the property out of their name, and they find themselves in a nursing facility -this team can help you and your family salvage your families equity and get it sold to waiting buyers. Trust me, we would've lost every bit of equity in that property of this team hadn't stepped in and worked through the medicaid sale and spend down process. Thanks Tim!
