ZillowVERIFIEDI had a great experience working with Tim to sell my house. He helped get my house ready for sale without over doing it. He has excellent local knowledge and a complete network of contacts. Tim quickly brought in reliable professionals to handle all the necessary repairs and got it on the market. Thanks to that preparation we got an offer in 15 days and closed quickly! He kept the deal on track and was extremely responsive. If you want an agent who is deeply connected, highly efficient, and gets results fast, I cannot recommend Tim highly enough.

We had some tricky timing restrictions and very specific things we were looking for and he went above and beyond making it a much better experience than it started out to be. ZillowVERIFIED Tim is awesome! He is very thorough when going through a home with you. If theres a house that you want to look at and he knows it's not right and too many problems with it that need fixed he's up front and honest and tells you. He stayed on top of things better than our loan officer. I have already referred Tim to a few other people plus my daughter. If you're looking for a house to buy, he's the one and only Realtor to use! Thank you for all your help in time and commitment Tim. We fully appreciate everything you did for us. ZillowVERIFIED We are an out of state investment firm from Atlanta Ga. We bought a foreclosed property in Corning Ca that we had never seen. Tim was great he helped us find local contractors and checked on them throughout the project until they were completed. Once the property was listed we had a full price offer in less than two weeks. We will use him again for our next deal in Corning. Thanks again Tim.
