Through a series of events, we were confident that God was leading us to work with Tim/Julie Schnepp at Remax (@remaxlegacy ). From giving sound advice about the listing process to guiding us through our priority list for items that needed to be fixed, we were much more confident when the house went on the market. But the real difference came when our inspection came back in the form of a 500 page novel with some serious repairs that needed to be addressed. Tim & Julies team took care of getting contractors for quotes, prioritizing what issues needed to be addressed and communicating with the buyers agent. We truly wanted to sell our house in a favorable condition for the buyers, but without Remax, theres no way that we could have pulled it off. After thousands of dollars in repairs, we still walked away with what we needed for the next season of our life, and the sweet family who purchased our house received a much better version than what we purchased 4 years ago. We had to call and text them almost constantly requesting showings and writing offers and they were always there to help at any time of day or night. They really treat their clients like family because they give you advice and tell you the truth just like they would do for a member of their family. They recommended we look into new homes (even though we were skeptical and didn't listen to them at first) and I'm so glad they were patient with us and kept recommending it! We ended up purchasing a new build and we absolutely love it... it really feels like it was meant to be our home! ZillowVERIFIED Wow, it warms my heart to see so many outstanding reviews for Julie and Tim. Clearly, this in itself shows how imperative it is to call on them for real estate services. We used them 10 years ago, as a recommendation for my husbands job relocation to Indiana. Coming from California, we had no idea about the state, let alone the area. Julie set us at ease and frankly left us feeling like there is no where else to live! I'm trying to find a number one thing that stand out but its too hard to put into words...so here are the big take aways; 1) Constant clear communication. So hard to find, yet so vital. Could always reach them and they explained everything from the process to the paperwork professionally. 2) They look out for your well being. Your financial well being, your needs as a homebuyer/seller, your personal well being in the process. I truly felt Julie would have done anything to protect us in the process. Again, being naive with the area and relatively new to home buying with our second home, this was priceless. 3) Heart. Yes, they are utterly professional. But, they have heart. They care. After all transactions had been done with home buying, and weeks later coming home from the hospital with my firstborn and having Julie stop is still a memory 10 years later I cannot forget.We used them to find our wonderful home, and used them 2 years later when we had to sell to relocate again. Please give them and their team a call, you will not regret it and may save your self a lot of headaches in the long run!

We have had the opportunity to work with Julie both as buyers and as sellers, so we have worked with her from both perspectives. When we were buyers we were new in the community and the housing market was collapsing. We had other builders and brokers int he community trying to get us into a much bigger home, but Julie knowing the market, really protected us and found us a great home we would not end up regretting buying in the future - especially when the housing bubble broke. She never took advantage of us, and found us a home we loved, in a neighborhood we loved below the, "low end of our budget." This experience made us trust her at a high level. Through the years in the community we discovered she and Tim were the real deal. They were active in the community, helped other friends buy and sell homes, people of faith, and their business continued to grow and prosper. So when it came time to sell our home, we never even considered another relator. That experience was even better. Julie listed (paperwork and all) our home on a Wednesday, and by the following Monday had two offers and one was for almost exactly what we offered. I realize some of this is timing, but Julie knew the local market when we met to list our home, as told us what we could get if we really wanted to wait and negotiate, or what we could get and sell our home quickly. We opted to sell our home quickly and made a good amount of money on our investment. If anyone is new to the community don't consider anyone else - Julie and Tim are the best at what they do. They will tell you what you need to hear, and not what you want to hear. They have character, and make the process as smooth as they possibly can.
