I'm Tim Petrinec, founder of QC Home Advisors and a REALTOR with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty. My background is different from most agents. I spent years as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones before moving into real estate, and prior to that led the Sales and Service division of a digital ad agency within a medical device company. That mix of investment thinking and marketing execution shapes how I approach every listing and every buyer consultation.

I am also an active real estate investor with direct experience in property flips and long-term rental holdings. When I advise a seller on which improvements will move the needle or help a buyer evaluate whether a property is priced correctly, I am drawing on that experience, not guessing.

Since 2020 I have closed 200+ transactions across the Charlotte metro. I work with sellers who want to price and position their home strategically, buyers who want to make confident decisions in a competitive market, relocation clients navigating Charlotte from out of state, and investors evaluating residential opportunities.

Every client works directly with me. I run an advisory practice, not a volume operation, and I take on clients I can genuinely serve well.
