I cant recommend Tim highly enoughaEUR"he turned what could have been a stressful home sale into an absolute breeze. From our first meeting, Tim listened intently to my goals, explained every step in plain language, and delivered results that exceeded every expectation.

aEURoeI had the absolute pleasure of working with Tim Petitti during my home selling process, and I couldn't be more impressed. It was a difficult time for me and my siblings, after losing our father. We all live in different parts of the country making the process very complicated. From our first meeting, Tim took the time to really understand our needs and preferences, making sure we were comfortable with every decision along the way. The communication from everyone in the office was top-notch, always responsive, and clear, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was Tims professionalism and genuine care for my satisfaction, not just closing a deal. Tim went above and beyond, even collecting and sending me my fathers mail a few times. Tim provided expert advice, answered all my questions with patience, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Thanks to Tim, we found the perfect buyer within the asking price, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!"

Tim was absolutely 5-star! We actually sought him out as a aEURoeneweraEUR? to industry professional with amazing reviews - truly willing and eager to put in the hustle and go above and beyond. We could not have found anyone better! Our challenge - we first reached out towards the end of June and needed to close and move-in by Aug 12th (no small feat) and we had no idea where on the space coast we wanted to be. Three trips to the area and 28 houses later (yes 28) - Tim helped us find HOME! He then orchestrated everything from inspections to negotiations - never hesitating to aEURoeask one more questionaEUR? or reach out to another contact or show us one more home. We could not be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone! A true go-getter in the industry who is easily making a name for himself as a top-notch professional with an engaging aEUR~real personality and sense of humor.

Tim was fantastic from day one! My wife and I were not in a hurry to buy but wanted to be ready to buy if we found the right place. I reached out to Tim and communicated our wants and desires in a new home. He immediately went to work creating the right profile filter to eliminate homes we were not interested in. Tim was very proactive and attentive to what we liked and disliked in the homes that he showed us. He used all of this information to refine the search process till we were only looking at homes that we were really interested in. We finally settled on a new build home and that's when Tim really started to shine. It's not easy negotiating with a home builder, but Tim was able to get all of the upgrades we wanted without the price skyrocketing. Likewise, Tim stayed on top of the builder to ensure they clearly communicated every phase of the build. He also connected us to a great home inspection company that performed a pre-drywall and post build inspections at a great rate. Tim and his team were always available, answered every question we had, and was very polite and professional. I will recommend Tim and his team over and over again! Fantastic Job, Tim!

My Husband and I have to give a HUGE thank you to our amazing Realtor Tim Petitti for being the most patient, understanding, flexible and hard working person. You worked with us and our weird hours and you worked late for us to make sure we got everything we needed to secure this home. You are the best listener, therapist (lol), advisor and realtor we could have ever asked for! You have become part of our little family over these five months; you brought us to see probably over 20 houses, listened to our crazy life stories and gave us the best advice! So thank you for helping us find our home and making us feel like official adults!!

Tim is a great realtor. He was so patient with us and went above and beyond what his duty as a realtor is. He went as far as packing in a hole we had with sand by himself. He always remained calm throughout the whole process and we were difficult to deal with. He sold our house in 6 weeks. He was extremely easy to get a hold off, always available for us. He explained everything on the contracts for us. I dealt with many realtors but he is by far the best. I would a absolutely use him again and recommend he to anyone. Thank you Tim!!
