ZillowVERIFIED We are obsessed with Tim! We recently moved from Washington where I was an agent myself so I did have quite a bit of knowledge but the things Tim knew blew me out of the water. He knew so much about houses, areas, builders, pools, HVAC, and so much more. There was no question we asked that he didnt have the answer for. Before we even knew for sure we would be moving down, he dropped everything to drive all around the state showing us different areas and explaining what to expect where. He was patient and kind and didn't hesitate to show us over 50 homes, putting in multiple offers. The parameters for what we wanted changed about 10 times and even after we put in an offer and changed our minds, he just wanted us happy and was supportive the entire time. We called him therapist Tim on more than one occasion as he always filled us with positivity, kept us on track, and told us the truth whether it was easily digestible or not. We were selling and buying (contingent) during covid which was a huge learning curve for all of us including losing the buyers for our house twice and Tim never made us feel anything other than hopeful. Finally when we found our home, he helped us write an extremely competitive offer and we beat out 5 other offers for our DREAM HOUSE! Even up to the day of closing he was talking to the other agent to make sure we were satisfied. We are so thankful to have had him during the most stressful time of our lives and will never forget him. We might hang his head shot in our house, the possibilities are endless. Cannot recommend Tim enough if you want someone caring that will fight for you, be supportive, negotiate to the very end, and get you more than you could dream of.

When we determined we wanted to seek the assistance of a realtor for finding our new home, Tim came highly recommended. ZillowVERIFIED Tim is great to work with. My husband and I have purchased two homes and sold one with Tim as our realtor and we couldnt be happier. We were extremely picky the second time around and he showed us house after house until we found what we were looking for. My husbands parents and sister both have used Tim in the past two years and also had very positive experiences. I will not use anyone else for the buying or selling of my homes!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim is awesome! We utilized him to sell our home and buy a new home. He is very professional and really cared about our needs. He's very knowledgeable about the market and utilized that when dealing with other relators and mortgage companies.Even during the selling inspection process Tim was able to help us through anything needed. ZillowVERIFIED I conduct personal and real estate investments including buying, selling, and renting homes. And I am very critical of the folks providing professional services. In all my years I have worked with 6 different realtors and Tim OBuckley is hands down the gold standard for the industry. His expertise, knowledge, dedication, professionalism, passion, and communication skills are the best I have ever seen. I have both purchased and sold homes, as well as sought rental advise from Tim and it is truly a pleasure to work with him. If you are looking for a realtor and/or broker look no farther; Tim is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED You cannot go wrong with Tim O'Buckley. Tim worked fast for us and was able to get our buying price down a significant amount all while the prices in this area are going up. Anytime we had a question Tim was there with a quick and well explained answer. I found Tim online without a referral and I could not have been more lucky to have found him for our housing search. My wife and I moved to Arizona on July 4th and by July 5th Tim had found us a home we love. During our home buying process we ran into a few hiccups, all bank related, Tim was there to help us solve all of those problems with a solution that was friendly to us, the buyer. I would recommend time to anyone who asks, strangers, friends, family, etc.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim was involved with my original purchase of this property and the subsequent sale a few years later. I was selling the property remotely from New York and Tim played an active role in helping me get the property ready for sale. He also coordinated cleaning, pest control services and needed repairs to finalize the sale with reliable cost effective vendors. Tim took control of the process and it removed any unnecessary travel costs or time away from home on my part to close the deal. He made the process easy for me and kept me updated when appropriate. We received a good price within the time frame that I was looking to sell. The fees paid were extremely reasonable for the value of service received. I was very pleased with the experience and would certainly call upon him again if I were looking for property in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C) and I very quickly decided one weekend that it was time to start the home search. Even though my fiancA(C) had a relationship with a realtor, I had met Tim through other community connections, but since he was a real estate agent we reached out to Tim to start our search. Tim's response times were very quick and his advice along the way was invaluable. We were looking in an area that was located between my location in the East Valley and my fiancA(C)'s location in the West Valley. We quickly identified a few homes to initially visit, and Tim was available to meet as we had time. He was willing to meet us, or us with our kids, to look at more homes. When we found the home that we really liked, Tim jumped right on a visit to the home and then negotiations with the seller's realtor. Tim helped to secure our offer, despite a competing offer, and we got our home in a wonderful area in Moon Valley. Tim also provided great recommendations on all of the services we needed during the closing process, and connected us with great vendors to secure a lower interest rate and execute a quick closing timeline in about 30 days. We are happy we reached out to Tim and were pleased with his service. We highly recommend Tim to other buyers or sellers. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Tim O'Buckley by one of my co-workers. He helped us purchase our first home in 2004 in Buckeye, AZ. When we were ready to purchase our second home in 2012 we didn't hesitate to contact Tim again. In both purchases we experienced the BEST service from Tim. It is a good feeling to know that we could tell Tim exactly what we were looking for and know that he did his very best to help us find our perfect home. He was always available for our calls, returned all of our email questions and didn't waste our time hunting for homes. We are so appreciative of Tim and all the work he has done for us. My husband and I recommend him all the time to family and friends. If you are looking for a professional relator.... Call Tim O'Buckley!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I found Tim through his credentials on Realtor.com and liked him immediately! When it was time to buy, we contacted him and after his interview to get a feel for what we were looking for, we started getting listings right away. Tim was always very responsive and investigated properties before we went to view them so that we didn't waste our time on any that may have had offers. House hunting (particularly with a 1 year old) can be an arduous process, but we had fun spending some evenings and weekends with Tim :) When it came to negotiations, we chose 2 houses that we loved and put offers in on both. Knowing the neighborhood and areas of each, Tim quickly advised that one of the homes was way over priced for the neighborhood. We are so glad we listened to him because we got a great deal on our new house--it appraised for $20,000 more than what we paid! He has lived in Arizona for a long time and is familiar with the values and real estate trends. Tim is very professional, responded quickly to all our inquiries, was friendly and fun, and got us a great deal. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend Tim O'Buckley!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim O'Buckley is the best in the valley. Hands down. He's knowledgeable and kind. He genuinely cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to help you find your dream home. There isn't anyone else I'd trust to help put my family into a forever home. He's always very quick to respond to email and calls. I never waited more than an hour to hear back from him. I don't know if we would have got our home without him. He was very eager to make sure all of our needs were met, and if they weren't he did everything in his power to negotiate a good/respectful (for both parties) deal. I recommend him as often as I can. If you need someone to do right by you and your family, Tim is the man to call.
