About Tim O'Buckley

At the ripe age of six, my mother relocated our family from upstate New York, to the Phoenix area in 1980. Although I'm not a native, I do consider myself a Phoenician.

In 1998, after attending the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, I received my real estate salesperson's license. I hung my license with a small independent broker with whom I worked side by side with my first year and a half in the business. After learning the ropes, I needed to take my business to the next level and joined RE/MAX in 1999. Below are some of the real estate accomplishments and sales awards that I have received over the years.

Ultimately, the greatest rewards come from my family, friends and all the wonderful things that make Arizona such a great place to live. Cheers!

Mr. O'Buckley, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and congenial with us throughout the entire process. He asked us what we wanted from the selling of our home. He provided excellent advice on what would be essential to aquiring the best price for the house and worked with us to achieved our financial goal. We are obsessed with Tim! We recently moved from Washington where I was an agent myself so I did have quite a bit of knowledge but the things Tim knew blew me out of the water. He knew so much about houses, areas, builders, pools, HVAC, and so much more. There was no question we asked that he didnt have the answer for. Before we even knew for sure we would be moving down, he dropped everything to drive all around the state showing us different areas and explaining what to expect where. He was patient and kind and didn't hesitate to show us over 50 homes, putting in multiple offers. The parameters for what we wanted changed about 10 times and even after we put in an offer and changed our minds, he just wanted us happy and was supportive the entire time. We called him therapist Tim on more than one occasion as he always filled us with positivity, kept us on track, and told us the truth whether it was easily digestible or not. We were selling and buying (contingent) during covid which was a huge learning curve for all of us including losing the buyers for our house twice and Tim never made us feel anything other than hopeful. Finally when we found our home, he helped us write an extremely competitive offer and we beat out 5 other offers for our DREAM HOUSE! Even up to the day of closing he was talking to the other agent to make sure we were satisfied. We are so thankful to have had him during the most stressful time of our lives and will never forget him. We might hang his head shot in our house, the possibilities are endless. Cannot recommend Tim enough if you want someone caring that will fight for you, be supportive, negotiate to the very end, and get you more than you could dream of.
