He did show me homes but I didnt care for any of them & being an honest person told a sales rep at a new development where I ended up buying a new home that he was my agent. From the time I signed the sales contract he wanted nothing to do with me until it was time for him to get paid. His assistant was equally useless. Believe me when I tell you that you can do a whole lot better in choosing an agent to represent you than Mr. Moldenhauer

We spent time reading reviews and phone interviewing other folks in NWA before choosing Tim to help us sell our house in Fayetteville. Im glad we did. Not just because we sold our house quickly and got asking, but because Tim is an expert in his field and an exceptionally level headed and empathetic person. There were some very stressful moments and he was calm, informative, and let us make the ultimate decisions. His staff is also top notch! Everyone was kind and helped us do all of this while we live 1,600 miles away. We moved to Boston and started renting our house in Fayetteville out in 2012. Our recent renters got jobs out of the country and had to move away. With the pandemic starting up and the difficulty of finding new renters while out-of-state, we decided to put it on the market in March. It was hard to sell our first home, but working with Tim and his staff was easy! Im still in shock at how smoothly things went. I really cant thank them enough. Whether youre buying or selling, you should hire Tim. We are so glad we did! The only thing I regret is not posting my review sooner. We closed May 4, 2020!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Tim Moldenhauer was the first positive experience I have had with a realtor. I found him through the recommendation of a mortgage agent which speaks highly of him. He helped me as a seller and a buyer simultaneously, and both went smoothly. Tim knows his market, and he is honest with you about prices. He works with your schedule and seems genuinely excited when you find something you like. His team is exemplary in staying in contact, returning calls, explaining procedures that are unfamiliar. Even their photographer is great. Tim went out sick while the process was underway, but I felt completely taken care of anyway. I got top price for the sale, which went under contract in a week after listing while a house down the street languished for months on the market. On the buying end, even if you're not from the NWA area, you get the guidance you need to figure out what you can get for what you can afford--and he respects your price range. I never felt pushed to look at or buy a house that was beyond what I wanted to spend. The Fayetteville market can be overwhelming because of the speed at which houses are sold and bought. Still, when a good house came up, he got a showing before it was listed and was up front about what he thought would help clinch the sale. It worked. Even though there were some minimal repairs, one of his recommended inspectors' reports was so thorough I felt completely comfortable taking the house anyway. Four months in, I feel the same. I would never work with anyone else, and if I were to leave the area, I'd probably ask Tim to recommend someone in the new area!

He gave us good advice on setting a number which would bring in a steady stream of interested buyers.
