ZillowVERIFIED Tim was great to work with seeing as we weren't even sure we were ready to move. Knowing that up front he still came out met with us and showed us what we could sell our house for and put no pressure on us to sell. After we decided to sell he was great to work with in terms of finding a new home and getting our home sold fast and easy. Couldn't have been happier with our experience.

ZillowVERIFIED During a time of selling our parents house, who have passed, and the home in which we grew up in, Tim was very accommodating, calm, responsive, and overall made me feel that he was there no matter what. You made it a seamless, supportive, and truly an awesome experience! He made me feel that nothing was more important then making sure our needs and wants were met. I highly recommend Tim for all your home selling needs. Thank you Tim!

ZillowVERIFIED If there was a sixth star to give, I would give it to Tim. He's the most on the ball realtor I've ever worked with, he's friendly, professional, and helped us get into the house we needed. He never failed to respond to a call or text in 30 minutes or less, set up showings promptly and at our convenience, and gave expert opinion on individual houses and the areas in which we were looking. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim Martin is an amazing real estate agent and we strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home! My wife and I recently went shopping for our first house, we did so in December, during a pandemic, at the end of 2020... and it was a fierce sellers market. Properties were flying off the shelves and we got worried that we may need to act fast. Standing at one of the first houses we toured, we were debating if we "should" put an offer on the house, we kinda liked it and we were worried it would sell fast, this is when we knew Tim truly had our best interests at heart. He talked us through our own unique scenario, showed us how our timeline was long enough to keep looking, his knowledge of the local market helped to assure us that there would be more/better properties, and we decided not act. Because Tim did not push us into a house we kinda liked, we were able to look at more properties and find a home we loved. With Tim's help and expertise, we put together an offer that was accepted out of 7 competing offers, and our offer wasn't even the highest. Tim was always available to answer our questions and supported us through the entire process, from touring houses to getting the keys to our new home! We will be using Tim for all our future real estate transactions without exception, and look forward to working with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED The first day after I spoke to Tim, I opened my front door to find an extremely impressive proposal of his ideas and projections for selling my home. He was attentive without being overbearing, he was very professional and knowledgeable when he answered all of my questions. He walked us through the entire process and was reassuring that not only would we get an excellent offer on our home, but that we would find a new home without being homeless in the meantime. We just signed selling our home and will be signing on our new home in a matter of weeks. Tim has been there every step of the way. Even my mortgage broker commented on how great it was working with Tim. He complimented his attitude and his responsiveness and I knew I made the right choice! The thought of buying a new home was scary but I realize I had nothing to worry about because I picked the right agent! Thank you Tim!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim helped us sell our home the very first weekend we put it on the market. We had over 30 showings in the matter of 3 days, and about 10 offers within that time. Tim did an amazing job with giving us tips and tricks on how to make the home more presentable and more appealing to buy it. This was the first time I ever sold a home and was deadly afraid of how the process was going to go, but Tim made it so much easier than what we imagined. We would definitely use Tim in the future for a agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Very impress with Tim in handling the sale of my house. My home sold in approximately 21/2 weeks; even during this pandemic! I was always informed throughout the process what was going on with the walk- throughs, staging/ pictures taking on the home, feedback from the potential buyers to the house being under contract to final the sell of the home. If I didn't fully understand a detail, Tim would make sure I did; any if he had to explain it more than three times to help me understand. Painless experience- and if I had to do it all over again, it would be with Tim! Thanks a million and much success to you Tim!

ZillowVERIFIED So I was a first time buyer and Tim helped me through the entire process. His guidance cleared up a lot of my own confusion and made buying a home seem a lot less intimidating. His deep knowledge of real-estate helped me to make morea informed decision about what would be right for me. Deciding what home I really wanted was the difficult part. He made the whole experience nearly seamless and we cleared most hurdles without any issue. Once you decide on what home you want, he is very good at closing the deal. He is a go-getter and can make things happen very quickly. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim is a great realtor. He was my second realtor due to a less than stellar experience with a previous realtor. During my initial interview with him, he was sincere, knowledgeable, and promised to devote his time to getting my property sold. He did just that and more. I had already moved to another state, and was managing the sale of my home, remotely. Tim stepped in and went above and beyond his responsibilities as a realtor... even after I had an offer. He visited the property often to make sure it was secure and even helped managed the sale of some of my furniture. Hands down, I would recommend him, without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Very personable, me and my wife were first time home buyer's and Tim helped us understand the process each step of the way. In fact, he would even go out of his way to appear at showings for us whenever we wanted to look at a house. Tim goes above and beyond with his clients, and I would never imagine not using him again when we move out of our current house.

ZillowVERIFIED I called a few agents before I spoke with Tim, and immediately I felt like I was being heard and understood. I love that he is down to earth and so personable, not pushy. He takes his time getting to know you and pays attention to what you are looking for. He went above and beyond while my husband was gone for his deployment. He met us at a property at a time my husband could FaceTime so he could be included. He answered and explained everything so well. He got extra information for us when we wanted it. It was such a pleasure working with him. We will never use another realtor!
