He has what I can only describe as Home Buying Spidey Sense. His connection to the process and his investment in the results for us was deep. When we would start to get serious about a house his Spidey Sense would start tingling, and he'd dive into all the good - use of space, modifications, our dreams for the home - and the bad - pitfalls, moneytraps, poor quality craftsmanship.A Tim saw it all, and I'm sure we wouldn't have ended up with as great of a home as we did if we were working with someone else. Tim was easy to work with amidst the stresses of buying a home. He is an excellent communicator and a natural dealmaker. We were first time buyers. Tim made us feel comfortable, confident, and informed. There is so much information and so many steps and Tim was there with us every step of the way. There were a lot of red flags and potential bad deals out there, too. With Tim we felt well insulated from the insanity. Tim and stood up for us to the selling agent and made sure our interests were represented. He grew up in New Jersey and will fight for you. Real estate is his passion, and Tim is a master communicator and dealmaker. He knows this process like the back of his hand. I couldn't recommend him more thoroughly. Pick this guy!
