We worked closely with Tim from the get-go and were pleased across the board. Tim was patient and informative during the entire process. He did not force me into any deal I was not comfortable with . Needless to say I was happy with my first purchase . Our first home purchase took nearly 18 months and involved many offers and negotiations until we finally found the right property. I believe we put in at least 8 offers on 8 different homes until we purchased in Seal Beach. Tim and his team were always there for us when we'd fly in to check homes out and to tour around with us. I found Tim to be not only very patient with us but also very professional, smart and savvy about the market and the neighborhoods we were interested in.Normally I'd say that I'd use him again but we already have used Tim for another home purchase.
