My wife and I worked with Tim to sell our home and buy our dream home. There aren't enough words to describe how awesome Tim is! We were reluctant to put our condo on the market for quite sometime, however, when we were ready Tim was there. We knew that selling our condo was going to be a challenge and overtime it proved to be so. However, this wasn't a deterrent for Tim as he remained professional, patient, and determined. He had a constant slate of potential buyers lined up to view our condo and always kept us updated. No matter what obstacles we faced, Tim found or created a solution and/or strategy.
