Tim really listened to my instructions and was such an effective advocate that my offer was accepted by the Seller. Tim responded promptly to my requests. He drove over three hours round trip to the home I purchased in the outskirts of Pima County to take videos for me of the condition of the home I bought on the day of Closing since I was out of town and could not inspect myself.

We met with four realtors before picking Tim and Andrea Looney to sell our home. We were persuaded during their meeting with us and their position as the Number 1 listing agent in our area.Tim was very helpful in making suggestions on how to make our home more marketable, without outlaying a lot of money. After we decided on some minor repairs, he facilitated getting the workers into the home. This was extremely important since we live out of state. Tim was very responsive in answering questions we had about the process and in helping us to determine which offer was the best for us. The services offered by his company really showcased our house in the best light. The photographs and video that was part of the services allowed potential buyers to really see the house before making an appointment to actually view the house. When the buyer decided at the last minute they did not want any of the remaining furnishings in the house, Tim facilitated the removal of the furniture so we would not have to return to Arizona and also made sure they when to someone who could use them. Selling a house can be stressful, you want to get the best price you can and hopefully the whole process goes smoothly. Tim really worked for us to sell our house and complete the sale as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend Tim Looney.

How clean should my house be for appraisal?

Technically how 'Clean' your home is should have very little impact on your homes' appraised value. The appraiser should be comparing upgrades and options of your home with other similar sized / aged homes in your neighborhood or within a .5 mile radius. With that being said; cleaner is better for all showings and the appraisal appointment.
