ZillowVERIFIED Tim did a great job of selling our house in Wichita Falls. He does more than just put it on the internet. He actively tries to sell it. For example, an interested buyer wanted to install a gas stove, but was concerned on the cost of getting a gas line. Tim called a local contractor out and got the buyer an estimate the same day. He was also quick to answer my questions and return phone calls and emails.

When looking for a realtor, his military background specializing in negotiations caught our attention but his hard working results is what won us over. In this rough economy he got us far more than we hoped for and we were in contract in two weeks! During the height of the holidays! His sales know-how is cutting edge using the best technology has to offer. Tim doesnt just list properties he actively works hard to bring in buyers. He saved us from making costly mistakes in choosing what to upgrade and pointed us towards a quality contractor we could trust. We actually enjoyed working with this contractor and he did great work. Tim took the stress and worry out of selling our house. I plan on using him for any future buying or selling of property. ZillowVERIFIED Faced with the choice of selling my wifes family home as-is or fixing it up, we followed Tims advice to fix it up and were able to sell the house for almost twice as much as what we originally thought it was worth. He guided us with recommendations of what would and would not be worth spending money on and gave us contacts for contractors and suppliers to do the things that we couldnt do ourselves (or couldn't do properly). Each of them provided very fair pricing and many of them gave discounts because of how much they liked working with Tim themselves. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone buying or selling a home and plan to use his service again when it comes time to sell my familys home.
