Since I'm new to selling I can only attest to how working with Real Estate Advisor and the team performed. Initially when meeting with Tim he has a great energy and you know after a few minutes talking to him that hes an expert and really enjoys what he does. As he says aEURoeI love to negotiateaEUR?. That he does really well as I sold well over what I would have taken.Play by play: Initial meeting he outlined high-level with recommendations and why. Kicking off the listing his team went into action bringing in all the right vendors like a painter, carpet cleaner, staging etc. and I didnt lift a finger (so easy!). On market my property looked AMAZING with professional photos and interactive walk through with local snapshots of the actual neighborhood. Tim and Yuni really have a dialed-in system that works ultra-efficient and hassle-free.My biggest advice is to listen to Tim as hes a true expert and professional in what he does. In the beginning, while working with him there were some concerns he had about the lender I was working with. Come to find out a few weeks into the closing he was right. The lender that I selected was one of the most incompetent and reckless companies and individuals Ive ever experienced. Thats a whole different review altogether. Once the lender bomb finally exploded Tim seamlessly connected us to his lender recommendation (its a big bank and local here in SF). They were great and came to the rescue.On the real estate of things Tim and his team had recommendations for the best vendors and inspectors that helped us understand the property we were buying, risks involved, and they provided concise advice that allowed us to make the best decisions. Since I cant I'm writing this review so everyone knows you need to work with this team.I'm basically a newbie when it comes to Real Estate in San Francisco but I quickly learned in dealing with Tim and Yuni that I could trust them and could tell they really know what they are doing. After our initial meeting I felt at ease in knowing my best interests were at the top of their list. Recommendations on areas of where to by and where not to buy made all the difference to me as I dont have as much experience in living in the locations I was interested in. They really drilled down block by block in some neighborhoods and also provided advice on how best to approach the specific property with an offer that was specific to the unit I wanted to buy.Along the way there was a major and very scary component to the transaction that involved the lender but Tim was able to quickly put me at ease and find a solution that would protect. Theres so much competition and the process is fierce. I bought a property about 2 years ago in Potrero Hill and Tims expert negotiation skills got us into the property and we beat out 5 other offers in a multiple offer situation. Over the past few years weve remained in contact, Tim and Yuni went beyond just the transaction and we became friends. Weve been to many Giants games with them. They are truly amazing people on every level!Unfortunately due to a job transfer we had to sell our home we just got into. Tim and his team came in covering every aspect from painters to stagers, all the while we were out of state, it was such an easy process to just hand them the keys and know we are in good hands.During the selling process the market took a crazy dip and the approach and navigation that ensued allowed us to sell our home for a profit when we thought wed only break even. Through the Internet (Feb 2017) I was recommended a number of Brokers, majority of them were from the big name companies except for Tim, from Rexsi. I gave a brief description of the property and that the Broker selected would have to deal with a number of owners, property being listed by the DBT, as a historical building listed, in between, Chinatown, North Beach and the Financial District which would required knowledge or experience with DBT and City Planning.Tim, was the only one who answer the call and provided a comprehensive plan in listing and selling the property. He was interviewed with another suggested Broker from one of the largest firm in the area but won out in the end because of his knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and most of all his personality. During the listing we had our up and downs and dealing with all the other owners though conference call since two of them lived oversea I'm sure wasn't easy but Tim was always responsive, patience and provided his honest opinionThe final results, we were able to close escrow the 17th of July. Home buying is such a stressful experience, having been through it many times before, yet Tim made our whole experience so manageable and pleasant. We were from out of the area and his knowledge and understanding of SF helped tremendously in our making the best decision. Most importantly, he is extremely effective at negotiating and dealing with sellers and he obtained the best deal he could for us. Tim goes out of his way to help and make the process smoother. In our case he helped connect the many parties involved (HOA, title company, and our financial institution). We were on a definite timeline and traveling from another state and he made sure that everyone stayed on schedule. Tim also is extremely responsive- often he would reply to my emails or phone calls within minutes! I was impressed at his communication skills with all the various parties - he was assertive yet very professional. More than anything else what I really appreciated about Tim is that he is a good and caring person - he wanted to make sure that everything we did was in our best interest - much like a friend or family member would. If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable and skilled, responsive, honest, trustworthy, and, most importantly, caring agent I strongly recommend that you use Tim. You will be very happy. My husband and I recently closed on a property in the Oakland Hills, and without Tim, this would not have been possible. We are not from the Bay Area and we have never owned a home, so we were completely overwhelmed with the entire process, not having a clue where to even start. We were so very blessed and lucky to have crossed paths with Tim in the preliminary stages of our search. He took the time (so much time) to educate us on the market and the real estate/buying process, which we found invaluable through this experience. For each property that we were interested in placing an offer on, he formulated unique strategies specific to that property based on several factors that would have been otherwise overlooked.As I am a veteran, we were using a VA Loan, which is EXTREMELY difficult to get traction with here in this competitive market (as we were competing with all cash/no contingency offers).
