I was referred to Chris Chour from Zillow to see a property that caught my eye, even though I was casually looking at homes at the time, trying to understand the market. Chris was very timely in his response and made the appointment for me, so I can see the listing right away. We discussed my wants and needs for my future home, and it just so happened that the first home we toured together was THE one. Chris never once pressured me or rushed me into making my decision -- he was very patient, thoughtful, and considerate in his approach, and in fact, often tempered my expectations as a new buyer in the market. I trusted his guidance. Chris walked me through the details of the home buying process (educating me on what to expect) and guided me all the way through to submitting an offer on the property. Even as I pored through the fine print and did my own research, I had a laundry list of questions for Chris, and Chris didn't hesitate to spend time with me over the weekend to help me unpack my questions to a point where I felt comfortable moving forward quickly given the market conditions. At the end of the day I found the perfect home. The property I was interested in had multiple offers and Chris helped me negotiate and win the property. I'm very happy and glad that I had such an amazing team and agent to partner with. After an extensive search, I found Tim as my husband and I were looking to buy a condo in San Francisco. Tim is an exceptional real estate agent. He is on it and is the reason we got our choice property. He knows the market so well and responds almost instantly. We were often first in to see properties and this gave us a huge advantage. First time Seller and first time working with a real estate agent. My experience I had turned out great. Since I'm new to selling I can only attest to how working with Real Estate Advisor and the team performed. Initially when meeting with Tim he has a great energy and you know after a few minutes talking to him that hes an expert and really enjoys what he does. As he says aEURoeI love to negotiateaEUR?. That he does really well as I sold well over what I would have taken.Play by play: Initial meeting he outlined high-level with recommendations and why. Kicking off the listing his team went into action bringing in all the right vendors like a painter, carpet cleaner, staging etc. and I didnt lift a finger (so easy!). On market my property looked AMAZING with professional photos and interactive walk through with local snapshots of the actual neighborhood. Before we had the offer that finally won the communication platform and followups that took place really helped me understand what was going on and not having to chase him down to ask whats going on next. Closing was great since I'm not local in SF and all the people involved to get to this point was pretty cool to see it in action.End result is I am impressed with everything. Sold for more than I thought I would get CHECK. Happy with Tim and his team CHECK. Will work with again CHECK CHECK CHECK.

My wife and I started exploring the idea of getting into real estate a few years back, and we initially met Tim & Yuni through our social network. Today were now in the home of our dreams and are thankful that our paths crossed and had the opportunity to work with them.A few months back we decided to put an offer in on a gorgeous view home. The property is on a hillside and we were concerned with the bones of the property. During the closing process Tim had the best inspectors and network to get the right local people to help us feel comfortable and move forward with the purchase.There was a point where he saw an opportunity to negotiate hard - which I think is his specialty - and was able to get an additional 200K off the asking price for us. Pretty much unheard of in todays real estate market. He and Yuni also hooked us up with an amazing mortgage team that went above and beyond to help us lock in an incredible rate.We are so happy we ended up working with them. Their team has the process dialed in. Were happy homeowners now and will keep in touch when were ready to sell. Thank you, thank, thank you to Tim, Yuni and their entire Real Estate Advisor team!
