ZillowVERIFIEDTim Freeland is amazing. We needed to sell our parents townhouse quickly and Tim made that happen and got us a great offer. Moving parents into assisted living is an emotional time for them and he made the transition easy. He was efficient, great with communication skills, helpful, has great people skills, and went above and beyond. He helped us find a contractor quickly to clean up some areas in the home that needed work. We highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe have used Tim Freeland 5 times for the sale and purchase of properties, residential and commercial. Every time Tim has gone above and beyond to handle questions, showings and closings in a timely matter. Tim grew up in Northfield and has extensive knowledge of properties and requirements of the City. Tim is always willing to put in the extra time and effort to make your transaction go smoothly. We highly recommend using Tim as your realtor for all of your local property needs!

ZillowVERIFIEDTim was amazing! 5 out of 5 stars is not high enough on local knowledge and he is one of the reasons we chose Northfield to live and raise our kids! He sold us on it! He was patient and always willing to help us out!

ZillowVERIFIEDTim Freeland puts heart and soul into his work. He truly has the clients interest at heart. Not only is he excellent at the real estate piece of finding and selling homes, but he understands the emotional side of selling and buying a home as well. This was my first time selling a home and I was not prepared for the emotional roller coaster it would entail. Tim guided me throughout the process and reassured me. He showed genuine interest in me and was not simply looking at this as a sale, a business transaction. He is a good-hearted person and has kindness at his core. I will recommend him to all of my friends and collesgues.

ZillowVERIFIEDTim was/is very quick on response time of any questions or concerns I had. His knowledge is awesome, and I was impressed with the fact that if he didnt know a fact or some form of information, he didnt fake it , he simply replied that he was unsure and would check on that right away. And he did! With an impressive response time! Super easy going and easy to work with, combined with his professionalism.. TWO THUMBS UP! I HIGHLY recommend Tim!!
