After interviewing five agents, Tim Finn stood out above the rest. His confidence, patience, and expertise with realty were very evident. As I was novice with this whole process, his confidence made me feel confident in reaching my goal of selling my house in a timely manner and for the bottom line price that I desired. I was especially happy with Tim's responsiveness to all my questions. Also, I was very pleased with his photographer. The quality of the pictures displayed in the listing was excellent as well as Tim's written description of the property. I heartily recommend Tim Finn as a realtor. He is an excellent choice.

ZillowVERIFIEDTim Finn has helped us purchase two homes over the years, and we have had a great experience every time. He originally helped us buy our home in Lake Township, and more recently helped us purchase another home in Green, Ohio. Tim was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and always made sure we understood what was happening throughout the buying process. He did a great job helping us evaluate homes, navigate negotiations, inspections, and all of the details leading up to closing. When it came time for us to buy again, there was no question that we wanted to work with Tim a second time. We trust his experience and knowledge of the Northeast Ohio real estate market, especially in areas like Green and Lake Township. We would highly recommend Tim Finn to anyone looking for an experienced Realtor to help them buy a home in Green, Lake Township, or the surrounding area.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Where to start?! We met Tim after he sold our neighbors home for top dollar in the neighborhood and then broke the record again by selling our home a couple years later! A true go-getter who is always on your side, goes out of his way to ensure your happiness, all with amazing professionalism, patience, and with the wisdom and guidance of someone who truly knows the real estate industry. Tim impressed us so much, we decided to do business with him over a close relative who is also a realtor. You will not be disappointed with the excellent service from Tim Finn and his team! Tim Finn is our realtor for life and we would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the Pleasure of working w/ Mr. Tim Finn during the summer of 2020 as the pandemic was underway. We first met Tim in June when he came to the home we were selling and immediately upon meeting him, he took an interest in our needs as it pertained to real estate but also just in our family. Tim was easy to talk to and listened to our needs as his clients. We differed on a few things but ultimately let us make the decision(s), which all worked out. As he was hunting for a new house for us, he was very responsive to inquires and was constantly sending us potential new homes on a regular frequency. Mr. Finn demonstrated high knowledge of the industry and has a tenacity to get things done all while being efficient and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Tim Finn to be your next real estate agent if you are in the market to sell or buy. His magnet still hangs on our fridge and he is my first call still, when It comes to real estate aEURoestuffaEUR? and I would tell my friends, family or passers by about Mr. Finn at every turnaEUR|you wont be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim, was the perfect realtor to guide my wife and I through our first time home buying experience. He is incredibly intelligent, diligent and knowledgeable about the current market/market trends. He is extremely thorough from beginning to end being sure to explain and answer any questions that you may have. He couldn't have made the home buying experience any easier for us. From beginning to end everything was smooth and taken care of. Tim was a strong advocate for us and our wishes and therefore got us an amazing deal. Not to mention, Tim got us in to view houses that we found always within hours. There was never an occurrence in which he couldn't get us in to view a property quickly. If you're looking for a reliable, top of the line realtor, then look no further. I would recommend Tim Finn to anyone from first time home buyer to experienced landlord. You would be making a mistake not giving Tim the opportunity to assist you. Thank you, Tim, for all of the hard work and dedication you put in to finding us our first property. We can't wait to continue working with you in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim Finn is the best realtor anyone could ask for. We worked with Tim for really only one weekend and found and bought our dream house. Tim worked with us to not only get us the right resources to get our loan pre-approved and the house purchased in 24 hours but continued to provide us with excellent advice throughout the closing process. My husband and I are both physicians and throughout the COVID pandemic it was hard for us to do anything for the house during the work day. Tim worked with us at all hours including late at night to make sure all our needs were met. Tim Finn is an excellent realtor and an even better person. Anyone would be more than fortunate to work with him throughout their home buying experience. We will 100% be recommending him to all our friends and families.

Tim was there to answer all of my questions, even after hours since I am in a different time zone. ZillowVERIFIED Tim is an excellent. He was always upbeat and pleasant. One thing in particular impressed me was when he said "It isn't what I want, it is what you folks want." No high pressure from him at all. Very knowledgeable of the market. This young man will go far in the business. He stayed with us for the whole process to make sure no one took advantage. Our buyers for the home we had gave us two extensions because we could not find a new place. Tim was patient and very thorough in every detail to make sure we were covered. He helped us secure a new place and again covered all details. We would suggest strongly that you give him a shot. Don't thin you will be disappointed. Thanks Tim for a job well done. Good luck

ZillowVERIFIED Tim was a great agent for the sale of my home! It was a very low price property, and Tim treated it like a million dollar listing. Most notably, his communication was A+, and I never waited more than a few minutes to hear back from him. He was constantly communicating with me, escrow, and the buyers agent. I will definitely be using Tim and his brokerage for all my property needs in Ohio.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim was a fantastic agent from start to finish. It seemed as if he was always available no matter what time it was. He was always quick to respond, and even quicker to get us into houses. His level of communication was stellar. Tim went above and beyond what our last Realtor did. He helped coordinate all dates, utility transfers, AND even had a moving truck we used for free. When we got keys, there was a minor problem which he fixed. Will always recommend.
