He was able to explain the process behind selling a home in a way that was easy to understand, and provide much needed guidance on the local market. He advised us on a suggested list price and plan for open houses, but ultimately left the final decisions up to us, which made us feel in control during what can be a stressful process. We were very impressed with the professional photographer he used to take our listing photos and we felt that the results made our listing stand out. We even plan to save the photos as a nice memory of our first home. With Tim's expertise, we accepted a full price offer during our first weekend on the market. What really put Tim's service over the top was the work he put in after we had accepted the offer. We moved out of state shortly after accepting our offer, which meant that we were not available to let inspectors, contractors, and cleaners into the house. Tim made countless trips to our house to accompany various workers, often suggesting local companies and coordinating the dates himself.Tim was always available by call, text or e-mail for our many questions, and made us feel at ease during the process.
