My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and honestly expected the experience to be stressful and overwhelming due to the inflated market and our approach to using a VA Loan.Historically, many realtors and sellers don't want to work with people using the VA Loan which is incredibly frustrating for any veteran, but Tim held no prejudice and went above and beyond to bat for us.Despite the housing shortage, Tim made everything incredibly easy and stress-free by keeping us informed every step of the way. Tim targeted several properties he knew fit our criteria and promptly toured them within the first day or two of their listing. And though we were outbid on a few offers, Tim remained indefatigable. He arranged a tour of an off-market property before it listed. Because of his diligence and expertise, we were able to put in an offer that the seller accepted. Our first home was in the fall of 2017 and we were impressed with Tims input about needed updates and marketing, the combination of which allowed us to sell well over asking price. Likewise Tims input about our recent condo sale included updates and timing that allowed us to sell easily despite being in the middle of the pandemic outbreak in the spring of 2020. Tim helped arrange the remodeling of the master bath, other touch ups and the replacement of the carpet. Despite our being 1500 miles away Tim oversaw these details flawlessly. His steady presence was both reassuring and affirming that we would be able to sell in the midst of the nationwide outbreak.
