In his first year as a Realtor, Tim Aberle was nominated as the Rookie of the Year by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and a was named a Rising Star Real Estate Agent by 5280 Magazine. Since then, Tim has continued to grow his business and consistently places in the top 3% of all real estate agents in Colorado. Although he helps around 50 clients per year, his number one goal is to make sure each client feels like they are his only priority whether the list price is $200,000 or $2,000,000. Tim joined Thrive after a very successful career in the corporate world, most recently as the CEO of Colorado's largest residential electrical contracting company. He combines a solid financial/operational background with a passion for real estate and the genuine desire to be an advocate for clients. Tim spent years negotiating directly with Fortune 500 companies and developing unique skills that he will bring to bear on behalf of his clients to ensure they are maximizing personal value and creating wealth for their family. More importantly, he understands the beauty and contentment that come with living in the home of your dreams and he will work tirelessly to make that a reality for his clients! Tim couples his corporate experience with a grounded foundation in real estate, having personally purchased and sold dozens of houses throughout Denver either as primary residences or investment properties.
