Now combining that with relocating to a new city that it was important to us that we trusted who we worked with. Tiffany and the team we nothing short of PERFECT! When we first got introduced to them all we first were looking at rentals as we were relocating and didn't know the area, but quickly we saw the potential of a purchase within out budget. Tiffany took us everywhere and gave us an education on the different parts of Dallas, as we had to heavily rely on her knowledge and expertise. My wife and I had a specific list of what we wanted in a new house and Brandon and Tiffany did not shy away from trying to accomplish that goal. We spent many days negotiating and gathering due diligence on a house and at the last hour we pulled out because it just didn't feel right. They were very patient and understanding and were ready and willing to continue the search when most would have been annoyed. They are always available for questions and were available at all hours for viewings. You basically get two realtors for the price of one, which is fantastic. Both Tiffany and Brandon were at our initial meeting to determine what we were looking for, and they were so friendly and knowledgeable about the market. I knew we were in good hands from that moment.When it came to finding a house, Tiffany knew about all the different areas and was able to suggest places we never even thought of, she took the time to listen as we walked through each house on what we liked and didn't like, she was very patient when we had our list narrowed down and wanted to see each house a few more times, and had a positive attitude the entire time even when we had been looking for hours. Then when we finally found our perfect house, she was able to negotiate with the sellers to our terms and made sure we felt comfortable with everything we were agreeing to. She explained things with each amendment that had to be signed to finalize our sales price. During our option period, if we were not able to be at the house for any of the inspections, she would meet them there and be our eyes and ears for us. She also set us up with a lender who was so easy to work with and walk us through all of the loan process.She kept us informed the whole time as the loan was finalizing and was there at our closing to make sure everything went smoothly as well. We are very pleased with our experience of buying our first home and owe it to Tiffany! Should we ever want to sell this home and buy a new one...I will be calling Tiffany!

They are patient with demanding customers, knowledgeable about their industry and really seem to work well with other realtors. The important thing for us was they worked very hard to get the value out of our house, even though the comps weren't readily available to support the valuation we thought we could get. So many realtors want to list homes for a price even a monkey could sell but Brandon and Tiffany are willing to work for their customers and ultimately their commission!
