Tiffany and her husband Tim are the best! I contacted them to sell my house approximately 10 months before I would be ready to sell. They came to my house to discuss what my intentions were and put together a great presentation for the sale. They sent out a photographer around September or October who took pictures of the house and property and also took a lot of drone photos that turned out great. Knowing I wasnt going to sell until spring time, we kept in contact but I was not pushed or rushed to sell. Around April the photographer came back and photographed the inside of the house. Again, great photos and he was very professional. In early May, I contacted Tiffany and Tim to put my house on the market. Tiffany put 117 photos on the listing and immediately she had showings most days of the week. She setup an open house and had a great response. One of the attendees ended up buying the house. Tiffany and Tim never rushed or pushed me to sell although the house was put under contract within 3 weeks. I cant say enough about both Tiffany and Tims professionalism and what a pleasure it was to work with them! So thankful for listing with them!
