Even though it was a new build let me tell you things can still be wrong with it! Tiffany sent videos of the building progress and pointed EVERYTHING out to us. Things went kinda crazy for a minute and Tiffany kept on-top of things and even called a few people to get things straightened out and even got us into our house before we were suppose to.
