ReviewTiffany and Eddie are FANTASTIC. Long story short my home was on the market for over a year with another realtor and only had 10 showings in that year. I was extremely frustrated as I did not believe the realtor I had hired was trying. I was trying to sell the house from across the country which made things more difficult. I did terminated the contract, flew to NC and met with 4 more realtors before choosing McNeely Real Estate Group. Man did they deliver!!! Review We hired the McNeely Group to list our familys oceanfront beach house at Ocean Isle in Feb of 2020. We went on the market only a few weeks before Covid shut things down, so it took a little longer to sell than we had hoped, but Tiffany & Eddie are a great team and went over and above to present & market our home in the best way. The photos were AMAZING!! They helped us stage it using the furnishings we had and directing which items to remove. They gave us good, objective advice on getting it ready to list. Their assistant, Kelly, was very responsive and truly willing to help with anything we needed as we were remote sellers and could not be there the whole time it was for sale. She was really great. We felt like they were so respectful of our home and the mixed feelings we had about parting with it after 20 yrs. They have great knowledge of the market & were hard working at getting us a Buyer.
