ZillowVERIFIEDTiffany did an amazing job assisting my wife and I in purchasing a beautiful home for our small family. She has excellent knowledge of the current market and has expertise in the area we were looking to buy. From the initial consult to the day of closing and beyond, Tiffany is by your side providing valuable market insights, information on the home buying process, answers to all of your questions, referrals and recommendations for anything you can think of, and following up with all parties in a timely answer. She is always a call or a text away. It was a pleasure working with Tiffany and if you work with her, we have no doubts you will have as wonderful an experience as we did.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I was pretty nervous and unsure of the entire home buying process. I was recommended by several people to go with Tiffany and I'm happy I did. She explained the process to me and made sure I understood all the steps and always answered all my questions no matter the time of day. Tiffany is very easy to get along with and very professional. She made sure that all the paper work and stuff I was supposed to do got done on time, helped get me a credit towards repairs and was amazing at getting me the best deal I could and finding me a house with everything I wanted. I strongly recommend Tiffany and plan on using her again down the road

ZillowVERIFIED I promise you wont be disappointed with tiffany. She is very knowledgeable and always on task. So many realtors are lazy and just plain incompetent. Tiffany is very professional and is up to date on every detail, every step of the way. Dealing with such a big task as buying or selling a home can be intimidating and stressful but with Tiffany's knowledge and professionalism it makes it all so smooth. Its comforting to have her in your corner fighting for you the whole way. She is honest and trustworthy and full of integrity. She doesnt fluff things or try and mislead you or play tricks. She is direct and clear with everything, she tells you where the deal is at and what's going on every step of the way, and what needs to be done. Seems like everyone has a friend or cousin that is a realtor these days. But when you are dealing with hundreds of thousands of your hard earned dollars do you really want to throw it away with that person that is just a part time realtor? No! You want someone who works hard, is out there every day, someone who takes pride in their work, is smart, knowledgeable, trustworthy. You want tiffany!

ZillowVERIFIED My siblings and I hired Tiffany to list and sell my parents house. After a long spell of health problem with our dad, our mom had no choice but to put him in an assisted living leaving here with a very large house and added stress trying to get it cleaned and sold. From the moment we hired Tiffany she took the utmost concern in selling my parents house a top priority. Her drive and professionalism sets her apart from other agents we considered using. From start to finish it was the best experience possible and I've never seen my mom as relaxed during such a crazy time. I highly recommend her for all your needs. She was amazing!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This woman was wonderful! We moved out of state while putting our home on the market and Tiffany helped make the process very smooth. We had some price negotiations to level out and she delivered in explaining to us our options and helped put us at ease with our decisions since we were far away. She rocked! I highly recommend her and would use her all over again if I moved back to FL.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffanys understanding and expertise floored me. Had it not been for her, my family and I would not have been able to pull off the sale of our land. Given the circumstances it helped that she had a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure to work with her and I have every intention to enlist her in future deals.
