Tiffany made what would ordinarily be an extremely stressful experience incredibly easy. She helped us arrive at a listing price that was higher then wed anticipated and we still had our house sold in less than a week. She had great contacts to help us get everything ready prior to listing and was even able to arrange to meet a contractor at the house for us when we couldnt be there to do a small repair that helped us get top dollar for the house! Well definitely recommend Tiffany to anybody in the area and well use her again if we wind up moving.

When my husband found out that he was being transferred to Plano from Arkansas, we randomly selected Tiffany to be our realtor. Even though we werent moving for several months, we arranged a weekend to look around the area and different neighborhoods. We told her what we were looking for and our preferences. Not only did she show us exactly what we wanted, but she was honest about neighborhoods and houses that I selected online that might not meet our criteria. When our house sold in one day, she blocked off her calendar to spend time with us to find our Texas house. We basically had one weekend to find a house. Although we were not able to move to one of our preferred neighborhoods because of availability, she found us a house (under budget) in a beautiful developing area. We couldnt be any happier with our selection of Tiffany as our realtor. If needed, we would certainly use her in the future.
