From humble beginnings in Las Vegas to a thriving real estate career in the beautiful Willamette Valley, Tiffany Kerlegan's journey is a story of grit, growth, and grace. First licensed in Las Vegas in 2005, Tiffany's career has spanned residential real estate, vacation rentals, and entrepreneurship--giving her a dynamic skill set and a deep understanding of how to serve clients from all walks of life. Inspired by her grandfather's entrepreneurial spirit and love for real estate, Tiffany saw early on that real estate could provide both freedom and fulfillment. She built her foundation in Las Vegas, a diverse and fast-paced market, where she had the privilege of helping families and investors from around the world. After several years in the industry, she stepped back to raise and homeschool her children--gaining even more hands-on experience in property management, home renovation, and business ownership. Since becoming licensed in Oregon in 2019--and in Washington in 2024--Tiffany has continued to grow her business with purpose and authenticity. She founded The Joy Team, a small, values-driven group inspired by her middle name and her life philosophy: to seek and share joy, even in life's hardest seasons. With honesty, warmth, and a client-first approach, Tiffany and her team help people navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence and care. Her mantra, "the truth in love," guides every interaction. She believes in full transparency, clear communication, and creating a win-win for everyone involved.
