ZillowVERIFIEDTiffany is beyond amazing! From trekking through the woods, driving for hours and just listening to us and understanding our dream. We couldn't find someone better that knows the land and has the knowledge that we need that we need to hear. We seriously couldn't have a better person on our team. Thank you Tiffany, you have been a Rockstar! Anyone thinking about working with Tiffany, don't think twice, she will work her but off for you!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Tiffany Judkins was Top Notch. She was put into a very unique situation in which she was having to deal with 4 different sellers of 1 property. Two of the sellers were not quite as realistic when it come to asking price as the other two, but she navigated what was a very frustrating negotiation with grace and ease. While I told her I did not envy her position, she was absolutely the BEST person to handle this challenging and unique situation. I would recommend Tiffany Judkins to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was the upmost professional throughout the whole process and helped to negotiate the very best price for us considering what she had to work with. Thank you again, Tiffany!
