We had been in communication with Erica going back to 2019 to discuss selling our home and she was very patient and helpful in those discussions as we made our decision. She did not apply any pressure to sell and was always quick with a response to our questions about market dynamics. When we did decide to list in January 2022, she provided a detailed description of the process and what to expect and also coordinated all the activities to stage and create a detailed listing for our house including photos and videos. We listed on a Monday, had three showing on Tuesday and had multiple offers at or above asking price within three days of our listing. Erica coordinated the showings around our schedule to minimize impacts to our household. She provided great insight and advice on the content of the offers and handled all negotiations with the buyers' agents. After we accepted an offer, Erica took care of everything to including working with the buyer's agent to coordinate the appraisal, inspection, and pre-sale walkthrough. She went so far as to find and schedule contractors to come out to the house and address items that were found at the house inspection before the closing and even came over when they were there to make sure it was done correctly. I am not sure what else that she could have done to make this process smoother. Erica was quick to respond to emails or texts whether that was early in the morning or late at night no matter how small the question. She brought positivity and humor through the whole process.
