I had the opportunity to work with realtor Tiffany Griffin. What a great experience I had with Tiffany. I really felt like she was working for me, and working hard. She had a great eye for inexpensive improvements that made my place look great. She was also excellent at explaining the whole process and all those little things that I never would have noticed or understood, especially going over the home inspection report and crafting a counter offer that made me thousands more than I would have gotten without her involved. She also has fantastic contacts and referred me to some excellent contractors who gave me great deals on getting a few things fixed. She saved me an average of 35-50% on the contractor work. I am so appreciative. Top to bottom she is an awesome realtor and advocate. I really appreciate and feel blessed at the chance to work with her. The home buying experience is one filled with complexities, opportunities to lose or win, and usually tons of fear, stress, and sometime regret. My wife Brooke and I were first time home buyers trying to do the impossible; get an exceptional deal in a desirable neighborhood in the Arizona 2020 housing market! Although our path was filled with difficulties, the weights of those were not felt by my family. Tiffany is easy going and rolls with my indecisive craziness. We moved from Colorado and was unsure where exactly we wanted to live, shes very knowledgeable in the entire phoenix area with every area I was questioning. We ended up moving into the Anthem, Az area and she made sure we were aware that a certain areas had higher HOAs and higher water bills. Now, we are able to say our realtor made sure we knew the extra expenses of living on the other side.
