Tiffany Givens

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Ask for what you want, within reason! Go at your pace, this isn't a race and there's no pressure from me.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Ask for what you want, within reason! Depending on your timeframe, be willing to negotiate, be open, be available! Ultimately what you accept is your decision.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I primarily work with sellers, buyers, and very limited work with investors - in that order!

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I'm unable to share my client's transaction information unfortunately, however, I'm fond of each of the recent transactions I've add! The best ones are the ones that consistently communicate and respond to emails, etc!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I did what I needed to do without any initial hesitation in 2007 and here I am today! :)

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Info is listed in my profile or bio under certifications! Check it out if you're interested.
