So when it came time for help from a realtor, I called them again.Tiffany immediately came to our condo, assessed the situation and gave advice on selling our home. We have worked with many realtors over the years but have never had any who were as responsive as Tiffany and Frank . They answered every phone call, question or concern in a timely manner- often within minutes of the call. They are knowledgeable of the local real estate market . Their advice was invaluable to the sale of our condo. Tiffany did an outstanding job marketing our unit and her negotiation skills had our condo sold well above the listing price within 8 hours of listed for sale. After visiting with us the first time, Tiffany guided on us ways to declutter and things to fix to help our house look purchasable. Frank then came to take pictures a few days later, which were absolutely breath-taking, and then quickly after the house was on the market ready to be viewed. They made every step of the process easy and stress free. The communication was great and they were always available to answer questions and help in anyway. ZillowVERIFIED If you are searching for a real estate broker in Myrtle Beach SC look no further than Tiffany & Frank Hereda. I was a babe in the woods as to this condo market in Myrtle since I'm from Maryland. I had seen a nice property at the Palms Resort on line and peaked my interest.The 1st agent I contacted and answered the phone was nice ...but just a aEURoetypical aEURoe agent that said she could get me in to see the property....another 24 hours...couldnt answer my questions on rental issues...and knew very little about this area of town. At the same time I had contacted and left a voicemail with another agent (Frank) who got back to me within the hour. I was blown away with his knowledge of the area and how rentals are set up here. In fact...within the next hour I was in that unit! This isnt even the best part...I'm getting to that! Something not normal with agents...he was pointing out any negative sides to this condo...wasnt trying to sell me to get a quick deal. I did like the unit and we developed a negotiation strategy based on facts. A long story short the negotiations went well...we needed certain things fixed and Frank was there the entire time letting contractors in and keeping me 100% informed since I'm in Maryland. Tiffany handles all the admin transactions & interactions with inspectors/lawyers/insurance companies. Always quick to respond she made that aspect of the purchase seamless.I cant thank these folks enough for making me comfortable that I have purchased a beautiful home at an extremely reasonable price. Franks contacts for repair & service are reasonable & great people! In my opinion if you are purchasing or selling property in this area you are making a big mistake if you dont contact these folks. Too many people these days take advantage of others...these folks wont!!

ZillowVERIFIED I live out of state so they sent me new listing alerts and updates regularly. Even though it took me a year to find my perfect beach condo they never gave up. After the inspection and repairs I couldn't make it to Myrtle Beach so Frank Hereda took a video of the entire condo so I would feel assured that everything was fixed as agreed upon in the contract. Tiffany Hereda did a great job negotiating the price and the repairs/mold inspections. They are a GREAT team!I recommend them to everyone looking for a second home in Myrtle Beach that I know in North Carolina.They are honest, hard-working, organized, professional and friendly. Even after buying my condo they continue to keep in touch. At Christmas they delivered gifts to all of their previous and current clients. I never expected that!

He will guide you to the houses that best work for you and your family. I struggled letting go - my issue not his- but while looking at houses I wanted to see he was able to determine what we needed/wanted in the perfect house. He knew what we wanted before we did. He showed us the perfect house, a house we now call home. There is no way I would have picked this house out because on paper I didn't think it was going to be right for us. Boy was I wrong.
