Tiffany called me after I had sent a request to my lender to find me an agent. I wanted an agent who knew what they were doing. Very quickly she made it obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. When homes I liked were posted, the market was so competitive, houses were selling in mere days. Knowing this, when something came up that I thought I would like, I typically wanted to see it the day it was listed. Tiffany ALWAYS made this happen. I can't imagine how often I disrupted her plans, but we always managed to get in. We finally found a property that met my criteria, but needed some cosmetic help. It was also in the ideal location, and had great "bones". Tiffany helped me envision what the home could be. I was able to buy my new home and save some money while doing so. Tiffany also helped me sell my condo and receive an excellent offer. If I hear that anyone is looking to buy or sell, I will be recommending Tiffany. She has been so great, and I can't wait to invite her back once I have my new home all decorated!

Tiffany was the best realtor in the world. She took the time to show me many homes before I made my purchase. She listened to things I liked and did not like about many home, and did regular searches for me and stuck with me thru to the closing date.
