Not living in Knoxville or Tennessee, we needed to find a real estate agent and had to find someone online. I found Tiffany through an online search, and the reviews for her were excellent. I reached out to her and let her know what we were looking for and our timeline. We started the process early and took our time looking for the right unit. From the start, Tiffany was very helpful, responsive but never ever pushy and so friendly. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she was so easy to work with. We did buy a condo in February of 2026 through her, and her service beforehand was indicative of her helpfullness after. There are not enough GREAT things I can say about her. She is so responsive, so knowledgeable, has wonderful connections, I could literally continue for days about her. As someone who was trying to look for a place to buy from 1000 miles away, she made the entire process including the purchase and after purchase needs. Great connections with plumbers and handyman and painter. All the contacts that we needed but didnt know where to start - she had them. If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no further They dont get any better than Tiffany! We just love her and you will too!

We eventually bought this home in August 2021, but our search process took more than a year due to the extremely hot real estate market of the early pandemic years.
