ZillowVERIFIEDI did not have a good experience, she rescheduled my first viewing of a house and then texted me right before our scheduled appointment that the house was most likely going to go for cash and the owners might be accepting their offer and she didnt even offer to still meet me for viewing, instead she just didnt answer me.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was a true professional. Easy to work with, and really knows her stuff on the Jamestown market. Had to sell my mother's home in Jamestown. We were going to have reno done to the kitchen, then put it on the market in the fall of 2021. We got ahold of Tiffany from a recommendation from my mother's neighbor across the street. Tiffany was extremely sure we would have the house sold in about a week. The market for older homes on the west side of Jamestown were in a hot sellers market. This was at the end of August. Tiffany was super professional and she advised us not to do any reno but let the new buyer do it. The home had beautiful hardwoods from being installed 100 yrs ago. The outside was spruced up and the lawn and drivewasy were in excellent condition. We signed with Tiffany on the Tuesday evening before Labor Day. Tiffany went to the home on Wed. AM to take pics and inspect the house. She then listed it for $75K Wed Afternoon. We were a bit skeptical of the price, since we thought the price would be more in the mid 40's at the most. By Wed evening, she already had 3 showings scheduled, including 1 that evening. Saturday & Sunday had 13 showings scheduled! She put a deadline of Sunday before Labor Day @ 5:30 for offers to be in. At 5:30 on sunday, 3 firm offers were given. 2 had price escalation clauses in them with inspection waived since the house would need work. The winning offer came in at $88K. $88K!! The week before Labor Day, we never heard of Tiffany. On Labor Day, the house was sold!! Hire Tiffany!! Bill Young

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany did an amazing job getting us our first home. She was quick and efficient and had our offer accepted within 3 hours of making it. Extremely knowledgable and kept us informed every step of the way. Without her I am certain we would have never got the house and we couldn't be more happy with how things turned out!

ZillowVERIFIED I rented a property from Tiffany. Three months prior to my 12 month lease being up my kitchen ceiling collapsed. It never got fixed so I moved out and did not renew my lease. They never came and met me when I moved out to get the keys and go over the apartment. I paid to have the apartment cleaned and left the keys in the window sill. To cover my end I had another tenant in the building clean the apartment so I had a witness in the event that they did not show. Its been three months and she has done her best to avoid me and keep my deposit. Still today I have no reason why my deposit was not returned and have been ignored. I moved out of state or I would have taken it to small claims court using the other tenant as a witness along with pictures that the unit was left in better condition than when I moved in excluding the water damaged collapsed ceiling which was from a leak in the unit above mine. Buying a house from her may be fine but I definitely would not rent from her. Bad experience all around.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Tiffany I finally have my lakefront cottage in Bemus Point!! In my search for lakefront real estate, Tiffany was crucial in my selection of the property. I had a very specific criteria when it came to purchasing a property and Tiffany understood and found exactly what I was in search of. I basically put down the hand money and witnessed Tiffany go to work for me with all aspects (inspection, financing, legal etc....) up until receiving the keys at closing. Thanks again Tiffany!!

She made it very easy to settle on a house and was very proactive with the closing process. Tiffany was also very easy to engage with and she was honest with everything she showed us. ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was a great buyers agent. Knows the market and is well connected to the availability of type of house you may be looking for. In our case we were looking for something close to Bemus Point preferably with lake access. After several months we were able to land on the right house and negotiate a fair price. She was also very helpful with the closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Tiffany via zillow to inquire about property I was interested in. She contacted me back right away and over the course of a week or so, assisted me with negotiating a fair price from a seller who was not as open to negotiating as I would have liked, but Tiffany made it happen! I know she was working for the seller, but she submitted several counter offers on my behalf to get a price that worked for the both of us. A year later, I couldn't be happier, and I would go through Tiffany again if need be. Thank you Tiffany.

ZillowVERIFIED I submitted an inquiry through Zillow and had the intention of being connected to a premier agent and was somehow connected to Tiffany as a client. Ill be honest with you she was not friendly, helpful or very nice. She even hung up on me. If I could give Tiffany an negative star I would give her -5 due to her just being flat out rude. I wouldnt recommended her to my worst enemy because she is that rude.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was GREAT to work with on the purchase of a home for our daughter and her newborn twins! She showed us several homes and knew exactly what we were looking for. When she found one that met our criteria she moved SUPER FAST to get us a viewing. It turned out to be a perfect match for us and we made an offer the same day we viewed it. As it turned out a competing bid was submitted the same day, but ours was accepted. If not for Tiffany we might still be looking. SUPER AGENT!

ZillowVERIFIED Tremendous. What more can I say about our buying experience with Tiffany. When she showed us a property last fall, I instantly knew she was going to be the realtor for my lake house buying experience. After 33 years of being away from the lake my wife and I started our search with Tiffany leading the way. She learned about what we wanted in our lake house and searched for a location that might meet our needs. She was patient when we looked, and answered my many dumb questions throughout the process. Her responses were timely and her guidance was excellent. When we found the right place she coached me through the bidding process and she helped get us the best deal. After our offer was accepted she set us up with great counsel in Avery Olson, Miller Well Drilling to flow test the well and a very thorough home inspector in Finnerty Home Inspection Services. All in all I could not ask for a better buying experience and it was all due to Tiffany.

ZillowVERIFIED We were not even looking for a new home, more a rental property when Tiffany showed us the property. She really opened our eyes to what was available. She responded instantly to every question we had along the way and was proactive in lining up our deal. Having been shown another property by another agent (the largest in our area) weeks before, the difference in knowledge of the property and attention to detail was glaring. I would definitely use Tiffany on any future listings. She is a go getter who can see potential and opportunity and lead you to them.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany took a very innovative approach in winning our business. We originally contacted a different local agent to help with our relocation to the area. We were worried that this would turn into a frustrating debacle until we met Tiffany. She stepped in and took control and helped us every step of the way. The packed home viewing schedule on numerous occasions and the yacht club experience sealed the deal:-)Her difference is that she is proactive rather than reactive. And she has a fresh and exciting attitude about the area. Moving to NY is complicated but Tiffany (and Kris) made it seamless. I recommend Tiffany to anybody moving to or considering the Chautauqua Lake area.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany did a great job with helping us find a summer home. She was able to answer many questions we sent her way. Her response's were accurate and we questioned a lot of items. She even gave us information that we didn't even ask for but knew it would be a question at some point. She was a pleasure to work with and knowledge about her area and homes.

ZillowVERIFIED i am a potential buyer interested in downsizing. Tiffany Borst denied me the opportunity to see a house I was interested in because my current house isn't on the market yet. I informed her that I don't want to put my current house on the market until I find a house I am interested in moving into. It was very disappointing to have her deny my request to see the house, which I believe was on Lincoln St. Sarah

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Tiffany was a blast! We came to NY prepared to see 2 homes but she helped us find more to look at in our price range. She never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting her time. When we started the buying process she worked with us every step of the way. Moreover when things started to go south, she helped us get things back on track. She really went to bat for us.
