ZillowVERIFIED Did not have a positive experience. Communication was inconsistent, and I felt my concerns were not prioritized throughout the process. I hope others have a better experience, but I personally would not recommend based on my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Tiffany Askin enough. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I needed a home that was wheelchair accessible, and she went above and beyond to make sure every option we looked at met my needs. She was attentive, patient, and always quick to answer my questions. Her knowledge of the market and the area made the entire process so much smoother. She also helped me sell my previous home, which was not wheelchair accessible, and she did so in a very timely fashion. Thanks to her, I was able to move forward quickly and find the perfect home that works for me. If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares and knows her stuff, look no further than Tiffany.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany helped me sort through many homes without me being able to see them in purpose due to being out of state. She was able to negotiate and get the house that I wanted quickly and effectively. I had the exact house I wanted in less than 2 weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany and her team made this the best experience possible. No matter how far the home was I wanted to look at she was always able to get the key and go. Every call I made to her or message I sent even on her days off she got back to me within minutes. Also she was friendly and no matter the questions I asked she never made me feel belittled by them. When looking at every home she went thru the home and pointed out things that could cost me a lot in the end even when I felt like I wouldnt find a home to fit my budget and family she kept encouraging me I would highly recommend Tiffany as your realtor if you want excellent home buying experience with no stress attached. Shes Amazing

ZillowVERIFIED She was amazing from the start! We started in the beginning of February, she came prepared, answered any and all of our questions, scheduled rowing appointments, even when the Covid-19 hit right in the middle of our process to close, Tiffany was still on top of things, staying in contact with all parties involved, very professional and reliable!! She has even stayed in contact with us after we closed on our new home to make sure we were ok and settling in! I would highly recommend Tiffany as an agent to anyone looking for their dream home!!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Louisville from out of state and Tiffany put in so much effort to work with our limited schedule, she attended a home inspection when we couldn't be there, and gave good advice and recommendations. She was responsive and engaged throughout the process, and even checked in and offered help after closing. I'd recommend her to any buyer in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany helped me purchase my very first home the fall of 2019. I saw it online and reached out, I was given in response within a short period of time. I was able to view the home that same day, just a few hours later. She walked me through any questions I had and if she didn't have the answer, she was able to find it. Even months after having closed on this beautiful home, she was still in contact to make sure everything was going great and just doing a follow up. Anyone that I know is looking to purchase a home, I will highly recommend they use Tiffany.
