Stay Patient!-- Most times buyers are way too excited to BEGIN their journey that they'll accept anything they see on the market. "Oh, I could fix the entire left side of the home that's falling apart" "Oh, I could fix the basement foundation with my bare hands- no biggie!" Take a pause and remember that the home buying process is supposed to be happy, peaceful, and a success. Don't take on more than you can handle just for the sake of buying a home.
Trust me!-- Seeing so many different properties across the state of Maine, you start to grasp the understanding of somethings that you can look past, but some things are PROBLEMS. Trust me, I'm your Real Estate Professional for a reason! I've got you!
The little things go a long way to a buyers eye! Fixing any little "nuances" your family's accepted over the years, ex: Holes in the walls, broken windows, etc. Also, a little curb appeal? Who can resist freshly re-done landscaping?

I'm currently working with an out of state couple who are moving to Maine for work reasons. They're highly responsive in communication which makes this process way more fun to do! I've been on the hunt for the PERFECT house for them to call home. Personalizing the journey for each client is something I take such pride in! They're flying out to look at some houses & I'm so excited to see what I can do for them to make this process the best it can be!
I was working full time on the Air Force Base, locally, and I realized I needed a job where I could still interact with people, help humans in any way I can, but have more flexibility to stay home and homeschool my babies. Real Estate checks every single box- and getting to travel the state I love so deeply is just an added bonus!
I have over 7 years of Military Duty under my belt. Discipline, advocating, fighting for my clients, and having their back comes extremely natural to me.
