I highly recommend Tiffani Fox. From the time she came to look at my home that I was selling she was always professional, knowledgeable, and caring. During the process she kept me informed, and she worked very hard to understand my situation. I do appreciate her ! Everything ran very smooth from the time the offer came in to closing. I could not have asked for a better agent to represent me in the sale of my home , thanking her again. Marion Clark.

ZillowVERIFIEDMrs. Foxx was exactly what we needed! We had just moved to the area and were in a time crunch to get into a new home. She found us more options than we could have imagined, her advice and opinions were both based on our needs/wants but also her experiences. She knows the area, her network includes many options with all other professional services, and I never had to aEUR?wait to hear backaEUR? from her. The other professionals that work with her were also very professional and helpful. We lucked out and are grateful we were referred to Tiffany. We will refer her to everyone we know and do not want to work with anyone else other than her.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffani was incredibly helpful throughout our entire home building process. She went out of her way to notify us that a better lot had become available after we had begun negotiations on a different lot in the same neighborhood. She was responsive and involved throughout the entire building process helping work through some issues and negotiating some minor changes. She walked through the house with us many times and was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, she was a great asset to have in our corner and we couldn't ask for a better agent.

She was knowledgeable and advised us in every aspect of selling our home to include staging and what to fix to get the most value. ZillowVERIFIED Tiffani was great to work with. She's not a realtor who will screw you over like we were in our first buying experience. She's not just in the business for money, she's in the business to help her clients find the perfect home. She got us top dollar for our home and was under contract in less than a week. She didn't waste our time in houses we weren't interested in. She knew what we wanted and that's what she looked for. We found our perfect forever home thanks to her. I chose Tiffani due to her fast responsiveness and her knowledge in realty. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We closed on our property with Tiffani April 2019. Tiffani helped us out in so many ways, she has always been available for us even after the sale and she continues to work very hard for us as we start the process of building our house. She is simply the best hardest working realtor you will ever find. My wife and I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffani is a true real estate professional! We spent months searching for a home with another realtor and had no success. After we felt like we were given up on, we decided to switch realtors and went with Tiffani. She came highly recommended by family and friends of ours, and let me tell you I am SO happy we had her by our side during this whole process! She truly has her clients best interest in mind, she listens and works around you. From the first showing to closing (heck even after closing) she is there for YOU! She made buying our new home so much fun and effortless! I knew we were in good hands with Tiffani and will highly recommend her for any and all of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended to Tiffani from my lender and let me tell you she exceeded my expectations in the whole home buying process. This was our first home purchase and we knew nothing about closing costs, inspections but she explained everything. I told her area and I picked out houses for her to show us as well. Our story had such a great ending that I still can't believe. We ended being in a bidding war with two other people and this particular home spoke to me like no ther home we looked at and we won. Tiffani was easy to reach and communicated with us throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home home.
