Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

When you're serious about purchasing a new home, it is critical to speak to a lender/bank to find out what type of loan you are qualified for as well as determining your budget. Often a buyer will be pre-qualified to buy a home for much higher than they are willing to spend on a monthly mortgage payment. Be sure to tell the financial institution where you would like to keep your payment. Remember that there are property taxes and insurance will be added to your monthly payment while considering your budget.

Where do we even begin, Tia was a fantastic agent! We just recently moved back to the area after being away for almost 10 years, and were looking at purchasing our first home.
