What separates Tia from others in her industry is her communication. We made decisions in an expeditious manner and were in touch every time there was an issue to discuss. It never takes her long to respond to any question or issue. That was all on Tia's initiative: because I live out of state I had to trust her to handle basically everything. I first contacted her on January 7th, and the process was completed and the house sold Feb 28th. When she missed my calls, she called me back immediately. In addition, she is a true expert in real estate, and I have learned a lot from her expertise. She advised me of the loan application until the closing day. For example, I remember her telling me not to buy a house because I have children and the schools in the neighborhood are not good. She believed that my children deserved the best education possible. When you work with her, you are working with a friend who does her best to defend your interests. For example, she helped me get credit from the seller for things that were not working in the house. I used this credit to cover a large portion of the closing costs. Besides having a lot of money, I used less pocket money.

I was impressed by the inspector that she hired when they found an issue with a potential house my brother was going to buy; they found water damage using thermal imaging of some kind, which was not normally visible. Besides that, my brother said Tia was great, so I reached out to her to help me find a house. Tia is kind and professional, and is experienced with the all the processes involved in finding a home. She is responsive to messages and calls, even a few I made during the evening to ask questions. Her network of people we worked with (inspector, lender, etc.) were all very good as well. She helped me get a house quickly and worked some serious magic to get me a deal, since the property I ended up buying had about 20 offers on it. 10/10, would watch her perform magic tricks to get me my dream home again. :D
