So grateful for Thuy helping me buy my home in Oviedo. As an investor that wasn't local Thuy made everything from showings, to home inspection very easy. She was extremely knowledgable about the local area and rental rates for investment property. I highly recommend her if you're looking for someone that puts your needs first. Her communication was amazing!!!

Her expertise helped me a lot in the selling process. During the process, there were many issues coming up, she was really responsive to tackle each of them. In the meantime, her negotiation skills could put the buyer's requirements in reasonable acceptance. With her assistance, we had known that we would have excellent service not only about qualified work, but also about quick response, we definitely got them all. In the future, we absolutely will ask her to be our agent in any service regarding real estate, and we would like to recommend her to my friends also.

Thuy found us the perfect home and we couldn't be happier. We lived in St. Pete and told her our requirements for our new home and the price we were looking at. Her first recommendation was further than we would have liked, but after a month of searching, we landed right where she recommended in the first place. She knows the market and she knows the homes! Absolute pro. She also had a keen eye when going through each home with specific call outs that made our first time home buying experience knowledgeable. Because of her insights, we didn't jump and settle on a home, she took the time to make sure we found the perfect home. 10/10 would use Thuy again.

Thuy has made our home buying experience such a quick and smooth transaction. Her negotiating skills were excellent, she was able to get us the price we were willing to pay, which was below listing. From finding a home to closing, she has been very responsive with all types of communications with us. She was always available, even on weekends and late nights! She speaks Vietnamese, which is a plus for us. She was in constant communication with the selling agent, the title company, and the lender to make sure that all of the necessary steps were taken. We felt worry-free because she took care of everything, even before we asked. She knows a great deal about the whole process. We would recommend Thuy to our family and friends that are looking to buy or sell a home.

We were so lucky to find Thuy to help us through the long process of a short sale. It was not "short" by any means but Thuy stayed on top of every detail day after day. Because of her patience and knowledge we were able to find the exact home at the perfect price. I would recommend Thuy to anyone in the bay area who is looking to buy or ready to sell.
