ZillowVERIFIED Our family has known Tammy Fadler for over 25+ years. She is the most professional agent I have ever met. She knows all the ins and outs and little secrets of the real estate world. She will help you get the best deal whether youre buying or selling. Buying or selling a home is very stressful. Tammy is a calming influence during those times. I cant imagine trying to negotiate the real estate world without her. When its all said and done she will be more than just your agent, youll consider her family.

ZillowVERIFIED The only reason I am giving Tammy five stars is because they wont allow us to give anymore. Tammy and her team deserve all the praise. They made the whole process so much easier and enjoyable for my family as first time home buyers. We have two young children and they never asked when we can go look at houses. It was always when can we go see Tammy.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy has been our realtor for multiple buys and sells. Her knowledge of the area and competitive pricing is outstanding. She walked many properties with us in the heat of the summer without complaint before we settled on buying an already built home. She is also very knowledgable about how to set up your home for proper sale. If you are looking for a smart realtor, Tammy is your winner.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions and research anything needed. After I signed with her company, she kept in constant contact with me regarding the sales market and assured me she was working on the sale of the property. I did not find that with any previous company I signed with.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Tammy to everyone I know. We went into this know we needed someone that knew the area and the market well. Who better then someone who has been in the business as long as Tammy has. I remember seeing those "talk to Tammy" signs when I was a kid. She has been great through this entire process. Our house sold in less than two months and was sold for more than what we were asking . If we are ever looking for a home in the area or know of anyone we will definitely be "talking to Tammy" ????

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy did get the job done and our house was sold within three months. She was always professional with us and promptly returned calls and emails, which was helpful since this was the first time we ever sold a house. The only real issue we had was a miscommunication with the title company before the closing--we found out the day before that we were missing final lien waivers for work done on the house and we basically had to scramble to get all those together. It made for an extremely stressful closing experience. That was not necessarily the fault of the Tammy Fadler team, but we had a terrible time with our closing because of it and don't want to think about buying or selling a house for a long time.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy always goes above and beyond to put the client first. Her entire team provides excellent customer service. We have been clients for many years and would never go anywhere else to buy/sell a home. If there is any kind of problem/issue, even after the sale, Tammy's team is there to make it right, even when they had nothing to do with creating the problem/issue.

ZillowVERIFIED I had listed my house a year ago and only 2 people even came to see it in the 6months on the market. The area was a hard sell even in great real estate times so I wasn't upset with that agent. but this time I decided to try Tammy. She has been around the area for a long time and knows it very well. She listed my house and showed it weekly right from the start. When I did get an offer, she helped me to get exactly the way I wanted as well as working within the buyers needs. She was incredible. I have family that workds in real estate and we were all impressed.
